I was never fat per say. I was tall and curvy.
I am still tall and curvy. But I had excess weight that made me depressed and very self conscious.
Today I have been working out pretty consistantly. And I am so happy with the results. I was a drama kid in High School. Never was into sports, couldn’t play them if my life depended on it. I had taken up running in the past but didn’t desire to do it. I became this depressed person, bringing myself down.
After working out, I started being complimented alot. I will get people saying I look strong, asking if I’m an athlete, bringing up workouts they’ve been doing. IT’S FREAKING AWESOME!
NEVER did I think this would happen. The heavy drama kid is laid to rest.
Bring on the strength!

10 upright rows x3
10 shoulder presses x3
10 bent over rows x3
10 crunches x3
10 oblique crunched (each side) x3
3 sets of 20 pull downs
3 sets of 10 lateral raises
3 sets of 20 tricep presses
3 sets of 20 seat presses
2 sets of 15 bicep curls
2 sets of 15 over head presses
20 push ups
20 pike push ups
20 tricep dips
Got distracted on the run so wasn’t the greatest but still a work out. =) boy troubles…. Arg.
