Dear gracious it was beautiful! Amazing run. Knee hates me now. I don’t even care.
So as everyone knows. I rant about my knee till the end of time. But it has been acting up so I did some quad exercises to help take the blunt before my long run today.

There was no hurting. This run was AWESOME!!! Pace is almost where it used to be!
