2 x 15 wide stance push ups

2 x 20 downward dog push ups (they work shoulders, again can’t remember name. Stupid insanity…)

10.54 km run. OUTSIDE. Average pace - 5:46/ per km. LOVE

Dear gracious it was beautiful! Amazing run. Knee hates me now. I don’t even care.

So as everyone knows. I rant about my knee till the end of time. But it has been acting up so I did some quad exercises to help take the blunt before my long run today.

3 x 20 leg extensions

6.3 miles

2 x 1min Wall sits

There was no hurting. This run was AWESOME!!! Pace is almost where it used to be!

100 Forward skipping.

3 x 20 leg extension

3 x 15 wide stance squats

3 x 20 seated leg press

3 x 15 leg curls

2 x 20 leg lifts

2 x 20 cross over leg lifts

2 x 20 inter leg lifts

I want to get better at skipping. It’s not as easy as it was when I was 10….

3 x 15 tricep kickbacks (each side)

3 x 15 bicep preacher curls

3 x 15 overhead tricep extensions

3 x 1min Planks

3 x 15 Medicine ball plank knee tucks (I made up a name….)

Ran 4.70 Km. Intervals 1min @ 9.0 m/h and 2 min walk

Everytime I do intervals my knee hates me. BLAH
