Well it happened. I finished. Pace needs work…

My knee isn’t pumped but totally pulled through!

30 leg raises

6km run.

3 x 15 chin ups

3 x 15 lat pull downs

3 x 15 (each side) dumbell rows

3 x 20 alternating bicep curls

3 x 15 seated rows

3 x 15 preacher curls

3 x 20 back extensions

3 x 20 leg extensions

3 x 15 (each leg) single seated leg press

Run- 10 miles. In a snow storm. Cold.
